EDITORIAL STANDARDS

How Which Safe reviews products

Which Safe is a US-focused buying guide built from product documentation and editorial comparison. We have not physically tested the models currently recommended.

Verified facts

We use named manufacturer specifications and other primary sources for model-specific dimensions, protection statements, features, and lock details.

Editorial judgment

“Best for” guidance is our editorial interpretation of those published facts. It is not a manufacturer claim or a promise of performance.

No invented testing

A checked manufacturer statement is not an independent test by Which Safe. We do not assign star scores, copy customer ratings into our own reviews, or claim a burglary certification that has not been established for the model.

Updates

Specification check dates refer to the manufacturer facts on the page. They do not promise retailer stock, a current price, or an unchanged product version. Check the exact model and offer before ordering.

How the content and images are made

AI assists with drafting, structure, illustrations, and comparison calculations. Model-specific facts are checked against linked manufacturer sources, and calculated differences are identified as calculations. AI-created scenes are labelled and are not product photographs, installation instructions, or evidence of hands-on testing.

What the shortlist covers

Our current household comparison covers three SentrySafe models. We explain which storage needs each may suit and where the evidence stops. We have not tested the whole US market and do not yet recommend a burglary-rated model for high-value jewelry.
